\nWith deep joy, I wish to inform you that today I have confirmed Fr. Sylvester Warwakai for a second three-year term as Provincial of our historic MSC Province of Papua New Guinea. This new term of service will begin on 12 February 2026.
\nDear Sylvester, thank you for your generous availability and for the courage with which you accept to continue this demanding ministry of leadership. The mission in Papua New Guinea remains a living sign of the missionary vitality of our Congregation, and your dedication forms part of that ongoing story.
\nI also express my sincere gratitude to all the members of the Province who, in fidelity to their provincial statutes and in a spirit of shared responsibility, participated in this electoral process.
\nMay the Heart of Jesus guide and strengthen this new triennium.
